Everybody dreams of that nice relaxing stress free holiday, but sometimes when travelling through distant exotic lands there can be a few challenges to overcome along the way. That task which would be so simple at home, when combined with a language barrier and unfamiliarity can be a bit more demanding than you would like it to be.

Here at “Coconut Paradise” we really want you to have that perfect holiday experience from the moment you step off the plane until it’s time to head back to the departure lounge. We’re always happy to help with any queries you may have and below is a sample of a few things we have in place or can arrange on your behalf to make sure your holiday goes as smoothly as possible.

Airport Transfer

Our villas are approximately 45km from Phuket International Airport. We can easily pre-arrange a taxi or minibus to meet you at the airport. We have an arrangement with a local company and can offer very competitive rates (between฿1,000-฿1,200 depending on your group size) You’ll be met just outside the terminal by your driver who knows exactly where he’s going and can bring you quickly and easily to your villa door. WE RECOMMEND BOOKING YOUR AIRPORT TRANSFER WITH US TO AVOID UNDUE DELAYS REACHING YOUR VILLA.

Welcome to your Villa / Complimentary Welcome Pack

Tip or Bouw will meet you  on Arrival at your Villa with a Warm Thai Welcome. We know that after a long flight and when you finally reach your destination you want to be able to relax and not worry about having to go out right away and buy supplies, especially if you arrive during the night or have tired children with you. That’s why we supply with our compliments:

Bottled Water, Milk, Soft Drinks and Cold Beers, Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Biscuits, Tropical Fruit Basket, Bread, Breakfast Cornflakes, Butter & Jam.

Just enough to get you through those first few hours while you get settled in.

Information Folder

Having a good supply of local information can be invaluable to getting the most out of your stay. It’s packed full of essential information, tips and ideas for things to do during your stay.

Wi-Fi 5g Fibre High Speed

All our Villas have free High Speed Fibre Wi-Fi.

Books Library

We also have a good Selection of Books in our library that your can borrow at your leisure.

Housekeeping

All our Villas are Self Catering and are Provided with a
Washing Machine, Iron, Ironing Board and all the Equipment to Live Comfortably. We provide all Bed Linen and Towels Including Pool Towels, which are Changed Weekly Together with a Weekly Clean, Extra Cleaning can be Arranged at a Small Extra Charge. We Have Full Time Staff who will Look after your Pools and Gardens Daily.

Children Friendly

All our Villas are Children and “Toddler Friendly”. We can Supply Cots, High Chairs and Car Seats at Very Reasonable Rates. (Please Book Before you Arrive to Avoid Disappointment). We can Even a Supply a Good Baby Sitter!

Car / Motorbike Hire

We can also arrange to have a car or motorbike delivered to your villa at a time of your choosing. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR CAR RENTAL RATES.

While vehicle rental isn’t absolutely necessary we would recommend it for the added freedom it brings as well as opening up so much more of the island for you to explore. Vehicles are hired on a first come first serve basis and it is not uncommon during the busier months of the year for everything to be taken.

We have Well Stocked Small Local Shops around the village plus a new Big “Supercheap” Supermarket recently opened a few minutes walk away from our Villas, also Traditional Markets and Banks within the Village, Plus Larger Supermarkets (e.g.Villa Market, Lotus & Makro) a Short Drive Away. If you Choose Not to Hire a Car or Motorbike, our Excellent Local Taxi Service is Happy to Take you Shopping and the Cost is Very Small. Phuket also has a Good Selection of Large Shopping Malls too!
